Hey ladies!

The Ladies Group seeks to feed members through faith, fellowship and food. The group meets the first Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:00where a light dinner is hosted every month by two of our members. After the meal, a short devotional or Bible lesson is shared. Before the meeting ends, each lady shares updates of concern or praise and their prayer requests.

In addition to monthly meetings, the group has hosted several activities to provide service, and support the needs of our church families.

We are a group of

Women Leading Women

Our Women’s Ministry is designed to nurture the spiritual, emotional, and social well-being of women. Whether you're a new believer, a seasoned follower of Christ, or just exploring your faith, there's a place for you here.

Service

Ladies provide service to our church and community. Tasks from serving on the cleaning team, ministering to the children’s ministry, leading the teens and working with Seniors in providing the Senior Luncheon are supported by our members. In addition, providing meals through mealtrain for those in need. Prepping and planning church dinners are an important service our members provide in serving our church community. Members of our team also lead in the annual Operation Christmas Child Drive.

Events

Our Ladies Group is active in planning and developing a variety of events each year. Some of these events included:

Valentines’ Dinner:

The dinner was provided by the Ladies Group and hosted by members of the group.

Indoor Market:

To drive away the doldrums of winter, the Ladies Group sponsors an Indoor Market for the community. The market provides opportunities for artisans to sell their items. The additional of food items, a group of sellers of second-hand items and a variety of baked goods is a great to get everyone out and enjoying the fellowship of community members.

Ladies Tea:

Annually, the Ladies Group sponsors a high British tea held the day before Mothers’ Day. Ladies are encouraged to bring their favorite lady along with them. Tasting tea, partaking of traditional scones and curd, tea sandwiches and petit fours are accompanied by a craft time together.

Fall Festival:

The Fall Festival is a great way to celebrate autumn. Held outside on the grounds of the church and parsonage, the ladies organize this undertaking to include food, bouncy house, face painting, haircuts, nail services, artisan sales, bake sale, tours of the facility, outdoor concert and other community interests.

Meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays.
